Booking locations must be within 35 miles of Batavia, NY, additional charges for travel and accommodations for locations outside this radius apply where applicable. Final confirmation subject to availability and limitations.

  • What type of private events does DivasWho do?
    We perform at a wide range of events including, birthdays, weddings, corporate parties, fundraisers, bachelorette/bachelor parties, holiday gatherings, private events, festivals and more.
  • How far in advance should I book a private event?
    We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and performers. Subject to performer availability.
  • What is included in an event booking?
    A standard booking includes a set number of performers, emcee/host, curated drag performances, music and audience interactions. custom elements like themed looks, games, and special numbers are available.
  • Can we customize the show for our event?
    Absolutely! We love creating unique, personalized experiences. Whether you want specific music, themes, or interactive segments, we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
  • How long is a typical private show?
    Our shows typically run between 60–90 minutes, but we can tailor the length to fit your schedule and event needs.
  • What are your rates for private events?
    Pricing depends on several factors including location, duration, number of performers, and any custom elements. Contact us directly for a personalized quote.
  • Do you provide your own sound equipment and tech?
    We can provide a sound system and microphone for smaller events. For larger venues, we may require access to the in-house AV setup or recommend professional support.
  • Are your shows family-friendly?
    They can be! Let us know the audience and vibe you're going for—we can tailor our content to be PG, PG-13, or full-blown fabulous adult-only fun.
  • Do you travel outside of the local area for private bookings?
    Yes! We’re happy to travel. Travel and accommodation fees may apply for events outside our standard service area. The service area is a 35 mile radius from Batavia, NY, this covers Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Rochester. Travel outside the service area is strictly subject to performer availability.
  • How do I secure a booking and what’s the deposit policy?
    Once we finalize your event details, we require a signed agreement and a deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is typically due on or before the event day.
  • How many performers should I book for my event?
    It depends on your event size, budget, and vision. We typically recommend 2–4 performers for most events, but we can accommodate anything from a solo spotlight performance to a full cast production.
  • Can we request specific performers from your cast?
    Yes! If you have favorites or specific performers in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to book them, based on availability.
  • What kind of space or setup do the performers need?
    We don’t need a full stage, but we do need a safe, clear performance area, somewhere private to get ready, and access to power for music and lighting. We’ll provide a simple tech rider to help you prepare.
  • Can we include tipping or audience participation during the show?
    Absolutely! Tipping is encouraged and adds to the fun. We can also include interactive games, roasts, shoutouts, and other engaging elements.
  • Do you offer hosting or emcee services only, without performances?
    Yes! Our hosts are charismatic professionals who can lead your event, host games, fundraisers, raffles, or awards shows—even without a full drag show.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    We understand things come up! We offer flexible rescheduling depending on notice and availability. Deposits are generally non-refundable but can often be transferred to a new date. All cancellations must be submitted within 72 hours of your event.
  • Can you perform outdoors or in unconventional venues?
    Yes, we love unique spaces! Just make sure the area is safe, weather-protected (if outdoors), and provides access to power and changing areas.
  • Do you offer additional services like photo ops, meet & greets, or social media shoutouts?
    Yes! We offer fun add-ons like photo meet & greets, custom birthday shoutouts, social media promos, and more. Just ask during your booking process.
